Founding Cohort Announcement - 2026
CARE-INF™ National Certified Preceptor Program
A voluntary national certification establishing structured supervision, documentation clarity, and readiness validation in clinical education.
For decades, preceptors have quietly carried the responsibility of shaping the next generation of nurses — often without structured standards, documentation clarity, or national recognition.
CARE-INF™ formally launches the National Certified Preceptor Program to establish a voluntary, structured supervisory doctrine that strengthens clinical education, documentation integrity, and institutional risk reduction.
The first 10,000 certified preceptors will be recognized as:
CARE-INF™ Founding Certified Preceptors
This designation will never be reissued once the founding cohort is complete.
Founding status includes permanent historical designation within the CARE-INF™ National Registry.
CARE-INF™ affirms that structured supervision strengthens patient safety, protects institutions, and honors the responsibility preceptors carry every day.
This certification course is only for Clinical Faculty-Preceptors. Register or log in with a Clinical Faculty-Preceptor account to pay and access the course.
CARE-INF™ Preceptor Impact Fund
A national student-led campaign to accelerate adoption, strengthen financial sustainability, and address one of the most critical barriers in advanced practice education: the lack of consistent compensation for clinical preceptors.
Campaign Concept
CARE-INF™ will launch a student-driven national campaign inviting NP students across the United States to publicly support mandatory preceptor compensation through participation in the CARE-INF™ Student Snapshot program. Each student purchase of a CARE-INF™ Snapshot functions as a symbolic electronic signature demonstrating collective demand for compensated preceptorship.
The Preceptor Impact Fund
CARE-INF™ will establish the Preceptor Impact Fund, a dedicated and transparent funding mechanism supported by enterprise contracts. Twenty-five percent (25%) of all CARE-INF™ net profits will be allocated annually to this fund. Funds will be distributed as honoraria to CARE-INF™-certified preceptors who provide clinical training to NP students.
Student Role & Value Proposition
By purchasing a CARE-INF™ Snapshot, students receive a professional clinical readiness credential while simultaneously participating in a nationwide advocacy effort. Their participation signals to schools, hospitals, and policymakers that future clinicians expect ethical compensation models for preceptors. This transforms student participation into a values-driven movement rather than a transactional product.
Strategic Advantages
- Creates a powerful grassroots movement driven by students rather than institutions
- Aligns CARE-INF™ with workforce sustainability, equity, and economic empowerment
- Positions CARE-INF™ as both an infrastructure solution and policy-influencing platform
- Accelerates enterprise adoption by demonstrating national demand and public accountability
This campaign is executed with careful regulatory language, emphasizing advocacy and values rather than guarantees of placement or compensation. Messaging focuses on transparency, sustainability, and partnership with schools and health systems.
