What's Included

Snapshot Components

The Undergraduate Clinical Snapshot™ documents competency progression within a pre-licensure nursing program. Competency verification remains the authority of clinical faculty.

Your professional headshot and identity documentation including:

  • Professional Headshot (neutral background, professional attire)
  • Name, Institution, and Degree Track (BSN / ADN / Entry-Level MSN)
  • Program Status and Anticipated Graduation Date
  • Professional Statement (2–3 sentences)

Self-reported academic status documentation:

  • Program Standing (Good Academic Standing / Conditional)
  • GPA Band — optional range format (3.50–4.00, 3.00–3.49, etc.)
  • Core Nursing Coursework Completion (Fundamentals, Med-Surg I/II, Pediatrics, OB, Mental Health, Pharmacology, Pathophysiology, etc.)

No transcript storage unless separate consent agreement exists.

  • Core Clinical Skills: Vital signs, Medication administration, IV initiation, Wound care, Patient education, Care plan implementation, Infection control

  • Clinical Judgment — data collection, prioritization, care plan contribution
  • Patient-Centered Care — therapeutic communication, respectful engagement
