Snapshot Components
The Undergraduate Clinical Snapshot™ documents competency progression within a pre-licensure nursing program. Competency verification remains the authority of clinical faculty.
Your professional headshot and identity documentation including:
- Professional Headshot (neutral background, professional attire)
- Name, Institution, and Degree Track (BSN / ADN / Entry-Level MSN)
- Program Status and Anticipated Graduation Date
- Professional Statement (2–3 sentences)
Self-reported academic status documentation:
- Program Standing (Good Academic Standing / Conditional)
- GPA Band — optional range format (3.50–4.00, 3.00–3.49, etc.)
- Core Nursing Coursework Completion (Fundamentals, Med-Surg I/II, Pediatrics, OB, Mental Health, Pharmacology, Pathophysiology, etc.)
No transcript storage unless separate consent agreement exists.
